Safety First

Safety comes first in all areas of our operations. We are proud of our exemplary safety record, upheld by our fully trained staff who demonstrate commitment to occupational health and safety on every project, as well as in our workshop and office.

With a strong focus on incident investigation, fitness for work guidelines, risk management and emergency management procedures, our safety management system encompasses all areas of our operations.

We have a dedicated HSEQ Manager who ensures set procedures are followed and that safety remains at the forefront of everyone's mind at all times.

Safety Training

The HSEQ Manager oversees a thorough and comprehensive training program for all staff.

Terra Drilling offers the opportunity for their staff to complete nationally recognised qualifications in drilling (Certificate II, III & IV), as well as other courses such as working at heights, 4 x 4 defensive driving, fire extinguisher, senior first aid and forklift driving.

All employees complete a comprehensive company and drill rig induction process before beginning work.
